Classical composition of mixed vegetables (peppers, Zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, Fennels, onions) in water, vinegar, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and lemon juice.
Each type of vegetable is processed separately and cooked slightly in water and vineger as it won't lose the crispness.
Excellent as an appetizer and serving with boilled beef or poultry meat.
